You can delete your Rooted account and personal data at any time — right in the app, or by asking us here. No questions, no retention tricks.
Open Rooted and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm and to sign in again so we know it is really you. Deletion starts immediately.
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address on your Rooted account and we will delete your account for you:

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, journal entries (SoulNotes), devotionals and study notes (DevoDesk), sermon recordings and transcripts (SpiritScript), prayers, messages, and community activity from our active systems.
We keep only what the law requires us to keep — for example, subscription transaction records held by Apple, Google, and our payment processors for tax and accounting — and those records are not used for anything else.
App deletions take effect right away. Email requests are completed within 30 days, and we will confirm by email when it is done.
Deletion is permanent. There is no undo, and a deleted account cannot be recovered — including streaks, archives, and sermon libraries.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. To stop future charges, cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings as well.
